TRANSPORTATION / SECURITY PROTECTION / SECURITY TRANSPORTATION

This agreement made this _______ day of _____________, 20____ between RED FLAG SECURITIES hereafter known as the CONTRACTOR and __________________________ hereafter known as the CLIENT.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. The CLIENT shall select one or more of the services provide below by initialing by the service requested.

 

A SERVICE PLAN 1.1, ($200.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and services you require

a)    Transportation for 4 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle and 1 Vehicle Operator.

b)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

c)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

d)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

B SERVICE PLAN 1.2, (350.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    Transportation for 8 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle, 1 Vehicle Operator and 1 additional Security Guard if requested.

b)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

c)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

d)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

C SERVICE PLAN 1.3, (500.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    Transportation for 12 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle and 1 Vehicle Operator and 1 additional Security Guard if requested.

b)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

c)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

d)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

 

2. The CLIENT shall select one or more additional Security Guards, by initialing by the service requested.

 

A SERVICE PLAN 2.1, UNARMED (15.00) PER HOUR ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional Security Guards for a total of _____ amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of ____________

b)    Security Guards will conduct themselves as requested and required by CLIENT

c)    Security Guards will act as Agents in Charge and provide escort, protection, support and will be a deterrent against any possible negative attacks against the CLIENT

d)    CLIENT will at no time conduct themselves in any illegal acts or activities that would constitute as a breach of the CONTRACT if this occurred all funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Security Guard fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

B SERVICE PLAN 2.2, ARMED (20.00) PER HOUR ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional ARMED Security Guards for a total of _____ amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

b)    Security Guards will conduct themselves as requested and required by CLIENT

c)    Security Guards will act as Agents in Charge and provide escort, protection, support and will be a deterrent against any possible negative attacks against the CLIENT

d)    CLIENT will at no time conduct themselves in any illegal acts or activities that would constitute as a breach in the CONTRACT if this occurred all funds will not be reimbursed.

e)    If the Security Guard fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount.

 

3. The CLIENT shall select one or more additional VEHICLES to provide Transportation, by initialing by the service requested.

 

A SERVICE PLAN 3.1, (160.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional VEHICLE(S) for a total of 4 amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

b)    Transportation for 4 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle and 1 Vehicle Operator.

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

B SERVICE PLAN 3.2, (300.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional VEHICLE(S) for a total of 8 amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

b)    Transportation for 8 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle, 1 Vehicle Operator and 1 additional Security Guard if requested.

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

C SERVICE PLAN 3.3, (420.00) ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional VEHICLE(S) for a total of 12 amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

b)    Transportation for 12 hours, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle and 1 Vehicle Operator and 1 additional Security Guard if requested.

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

4. Time Renegotiation

a)    It is agreed that at the time of renegotiation, the CONTRACTOR will automatically invite the CLIENT to renegotiate the agreement.

b)    All appropriate means will be taken to ensure the CLIENT is at their appointed place at the appointed time.

c)    CLIENT will not hold the CONTRACTOR liable if any acts outside the CONTRACTOR’S means occur and interfere with any appointments this includes but is not limited to; acts of God,  weather, accidents, traffic, any and all other possibilities that are out of the hands of the CONTRACTOR.

 

5. Disputes among CLIENT AND CONTRACTOR

a)    In the event of a dispute arising that the parties themselves cannot resolve, the parties agree to refer the matter to an independent arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

b)    In the event of a dispute on VENUE the CONTRACTOR will conduct themselves in a professional manner rendering service to the CLIENT as long as the active conducted by the CLIENT is legal and does not pose a threat or bring discredit or embarrassment to RED FLAG SECURITIES Inc.

c)    CONTRACTOR will always support and defend CLIENT until CLIENT is safely returned to a secure location than all DISPUTES will be handled accordingly.

d)    If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, or both parties do not agree with the decision of the arbitrator appointed, the agreement may be terminated in the following manner

a.    If the breach is one that can be rectified, then the non-breaching party can request in writing that the breach be rectified in 14 days. If the breach is not rectified within that time, the non-breaching party may terminate the Agreement immediately;

b.    If the breach is one that cannot be rectified, the non-breaching party may terminate the Agreement by giving 14 days written notice of their intention to terminate.

c.    If either party goes into liquidation, is wound up, dissolved (except for the purpose of reconstruction or amalgamation),
enters into a scheme of arrangement or is placed under official management or in receivership, the other party may terminate the Agreement by giving 14 days written notice of their intention to terminate under the clause.

d.    In the event of a termination under this Agreement, each party’s rights and liabilities will cease immediately but the termination shall not affect a party’s rights arising out of a breach of this agreement by the other party.

e.    Where one party is unable to carry out its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control or which it could not have prevented, those obligations are suspended whilst those circumstances continue, provided the other party is notified and the first party uses its best endeavors to overcome the circumstances preventing its obligations from being carried out.

f.     Each party shall indemnify the other against any claims arising from any breach of the agreement by either party.

 

6. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall not be disclosed to any third parties without the prior written consent of both parties.

7. The rights of either party under this agreement shall not be transferable or assignable either in whole or in part.

PRIVATE LOW PROFILE TRANSPORTATION

This agreement made this _______ day of _____________, 20____ between RED FLAG SECURITIES hereafter known as the CONTRACTOR and __________________________ hereafter known as the CLIENT.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT:

1. The CLIENT shall select one or more of the services provide below by initialing by the service requested.

 

A SERVICE PLAN 1.1, (PRIVATE SINGLE TRANSPORTATION FOR ONE)

 ____ Initial if this is the plan and services you require

 

a)    Transportation cost is $25.00 USD per hour, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle and 1 Vehicle Operator.

b)    This vehicle will not be an EXECUTIVE OR HIGH LEVEL Transportation vehicle.

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

B SERVICE PLAN 1.2, (PRIVATE SINGLE TRANSPORTATION FOR A GROUP 2 – 4 max)

____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

 

a)    Transportation cost is $35.00 USD per hour, this service includes but is not limited to 1 Vehicle, 1 Vehicle Operator.

b)    This vehicle will not be an EXECUTIVE OR HIGH LEVEL Transportation vehicle.

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

 

 

 

 

 

C SERVICE PLAN 1.3, (LOW PROFILE MOTORCADE OPERATIONS 2 or more vehicles for single or groups of principles)

____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

 

a)    Transportation cost is $30.00 USD for primary vehicle and $20.00 for additional vehicles per hour, this service includes 1 Vehicle Operator for each vehicle asset requested.

b)   For the request of a total of _____ additional VEHICLE(S) for a total of ____ amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

c)    Transportation will be continues and in direct support of the CLIENTS needs and requirements.

d)    No speeding or illegal acts will be conducted on or in the vehicle or this will be a breach of contract and funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Operator fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

 

2. The CLIENT shall select one or more additional LOW PRO ESCORTS, by initialing by the service requested.

 

A SERVICE PLAN 2.1, UNARMED Low Pro Escort (15.00) PER HOUR ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional Low Pro Escorts for a total of _____ amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of ____________

b)    Low Pro Escorts will conduct themselves as requested and required by CLIENT

c)    Low Pro Escorts will act as Agents in Charge and provide escort, protection, support and will be a deterrent against any possible negative attacks against the CLIENT

d)    CLIENT will at no time conduct themselves in any illegal acts or activities that would constitute as a breach of the CONTRACT if this occurred all funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Low Pro Escort fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.

 

B SERVICE PLAN 2.2, ARMED Concealed Low Pro Escort (20.00) PER HOUR ____ Initial if this is the plan and service you require

a)    For the request of a total of _____ additional ARMED Concealed Low Pro Escort for a total of _____ amount of hours at the expense of the CLIENT for a total of _________

b)    Low Pro Escorts will conduct themselves as requested and required by CLIENT

c)    Low Pro Escorts will act as Agents in Charge and provide escort, protection, support and will be a deterrent against any possible negative attacks against the CLIENT

d)    CLIENT will at no time conduct themselves in any illegal acts or activities that would constitute as a breach of the CONTRACT if this occurred all funds will not be reimbursed and services will index.

e)    If the Low Pro Escort fails to provide satisfactory service or conduct’s themselves in an unprofessional manner brining discredit or embarrassment to the CLIENT than shall the CLIENT be reimbursed for the full amount and services will index.
